3. Online Yoga class every Saturday 5.00 PM.

Affordable Cost:
1. Participants of age under 60 years:
One Quarter Year Pass: $50
One Month Trial Pass: $30
2. Senior Participants of age 60 years or over
Yoga Program Registration (One time only): $10
Yoga classes: Free until end of year 2024 (Tuesday class).
Remaining cost is absorbed by SD Mission.

I have been attending yoga classes through SD Mission on-line and face to face at Gungahlin.
The on-line instructor Mr Ray has over 25 years of experience teaching yoga. He is very calm and patient. He provides written information via email about Pranayama and Asanas which would be covered in the classes. During the class, demo is given by Mr Ray and participants follow the instructions. I find him highly knowledgeable. Since attending classes, I have personally experienced my ability to calm and settle down has improved greatly through the breathing exercises provided by Mr Ray. I can also notice improvement in flexibility and posture.
The face to face class was conducted by Marg was very relaxing after work.
I encourage everyone regardless of the age, experience or flexibility level to try on-line Yoga classes through SD Mission. All on-line classes are free and face to face classes are with nominal charges.
