Meditation Class: Traditional Raj Yoga style Meditation. Authentic traditional knowledge based Meditation to develop Clarity, Calm and Confidence for your meditation journey. Besides the guided Meditation, the class includes Pranayam and Meditation knowledge sharing to build essential foundation for meditation. Yoga Teachers team is committed to community service.
Level: Suitable for all levels of yoga aspirants.
