Marg
Marg is a Yoga Australia registered teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for the last 12 years. She endeavours to live a yogic lifestyle and finds the many practices of yoga enhance her wellbeing and sense of peace. She trained in Hatha Yoga with The International Yoga Teachers Association.
She teaches slow, mindful yoga which soothes and settles the nervous system and helps to settle the mind in readiness for meditation. Her classes are inclusive with variations provided for practices so that all students can participate comfortably and safely. She has taught adolescents, adults, seniors, multicultural groups, people with chronic conditions, young people in youth detention and corporate groups. She particularly enjoys working with people who might not traditionally attend a yoga class.
All classes include limbering (warming up), asana, pranayam, chanting, meditation and some yoga philosophy.
Sarika
Sarika commenced her Yoga journey in 2013. Skilled and certified Yoga instructor with the ability to build effective relationships with students of all backgrounds and skill levels. Hardworking, dedicated and supportive with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Graduated as Yoga Instructor from MDNIY (Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga). Certified by Yoga Certification Board of Ayush Ministry at LEVEL 2.

Bhabatosh
Mr Ray is a qualified Yoga Professional who has vast experience in Practicing, Teaching & Training of various Yoga Kriyas over a decade. He is a Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Australia and a registered Yoga Teacher & Evaluator certified by the Ministry of Ayush, India. His primary focus is Yoga training for corporate executives. He is also an Assistant Professor in Yoga recognised by the Ministry of Education, GOI. Professionally. Mr Ray has done a fellowship on Yoga and Naturopathy, National Institute of Naturopathy, Ministry of Ayush, GOI.
Mr Ray is an Engineer (IIT Kharagpur) and MBA (IIM Ahmedabad) from leading Indian Institutes.
Rajrupa
Mrs Ray is a Certified Yoga Trainer (West Bengal Council of Yoga and Naturopathy, India). She had been pursuing her Yoga journey for over a decade during which she earned PG Diploma in Yoga from Netaji Subhas Open University, Govt. of India. Mrs. Ray had been taking Yoga Sessions for School Children and female Yoga aspirants. Mrs Ray is a School Teacher by profession.
Mrs Ray is pursuing Fellowship in Yoga from National Institute of Naturopathy, GOI.
